This place Isn’t the shadow of Sarku in Elizabeth in the Elmora Ave plaza. This place is really small, HOT AS ALL HELL and all they have is a barely functioning ceiling fan that circles around at the pace of a snail and some sort of portable fan that is just blowing hot air. They have more on their menu but everything I ordered was bad. The coconut boba tea tasted like fake coconut flavored drink, the ice in it was already mostly melted because it had been sitting there for a long time. There were 3 of us waiting for our food and they called us up ALL at the same time meaning someone could have gotten their food ahead of time but they choose to wait until they fulfilled all the orders to hand them out all in one shot which pissed me off because it took them 20 minutes to get my food together in a sweltering hot place. I feel bad for their workers, the owner should be ashamed of himself and for the conditions those ppl have to work in. I will NEVER come here again. Don’t waste your money. The chicken isn’t the same as the other location, the shrimp tempura doesn’t come with the black sauce as the other location, the dumplings didn’t come with the ginger soy sauce, they just gave me

The person who served the food did not use gloves at any time. He took a while to take my order. The place was hot and the food was super oily , and did not taste well except for the tofu. For vegetables they only gave me one broccoli . The place was not organized, boxes everywhere, hot environment, they weren’t using the AC perhaps to save money. Customer service has a zero, he said I’ll make it in 10minutes he took like 20. I did not like the food here whatsoever. Hygiene here is a concern.

The chicken itself is flavorful and the rice is fine, but the overall bento feels poorly put together. Including mixed greens in a bento like this honestly doesn’t make sense—it feels like a cheap filler rather than a proper side. A bento should have balance and intention, and this is missing that completely. Instead, they should be serving steamed vegetables, dumplings, or tempura, which would actually match the dish and elevate the experience. Right now, it feels more like a rushed meal prep container than something you’d expect from a place trying to serve a proper bento box. With a few thoughtful changes, this could be much better—but as it is, it falls short.

This is where i usually go for my mango bubble tea. Usually no issues but lately they're getting really cheap on the bubbles in the tea. Tonight I decided to order food since I was behind on my schedule. Lord have mercy I should've bought a box of saltines instead. Wasted over $15.00 on this saltless bowl of white rice which supposed to be shrimp teriyaki. No flavor, 2 slices of carrots abd a few cabbage on top all this rice. Never ever giving them money again.

Always have a good meal here. Relatively cheap compared to how expensive everything is today. $12 for rice vegetables and extra chicken stuffed in a container is pretty good.
